    EMPOWERHER menopause programme

Through movement, exercise, support, information and coaching!

  • What are EmpowerHER programmes?

A 12-week menopause support programme that integrates physical activity sessions with peer support.

The programme focuses on functional movements and includes exercises tailored to the physical changes that occur during menopause.

This includes specific exercises aimed at supporting bone density, joint mobility, and muscle strength. As menopause often presents unique physical challenges—such as changes in muscle mass, joint health, and balance—targeted exercise can play a vital role in helping women maintain their strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Each session also includes peer-to-peer support, and features guest speakers who can provide valuable information on topics such as mood management, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and symptom management.

I am the founder and Director of BodyBeats Fitness and the national brand BabyBeats and Mindful Movers.

My passion lies in supporting women empowering you to love your body.

I understand that as women, our bodies undergo changes throughout our lives, and my goal is to keep you feeling confident in your own skin.

Menopause is something that has come up consistently in the past few years. I have spent a long time developing this programme, researching and learning about the needs of women who are pre menopausal as well as experiencing it. The day to day effects of menopause are tough and it's time we spoke up.

I want to make people feel comfortable talking about menopause and help women reconnect with their bodies!
